  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 8 100g each lamb leg steaks

  • combine parsley basil oregano thyme chilli yoghurt lemon juice and garlic in a large bowl add steaks turn to coat cover refrigerate for 2 hours if time permits
  • heat a greased barbecue plate or chargrill over medium heat remove steaks from marinade cook for 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking serve
