Chimichurri sauce adds tangy flavour to this hearty T-bone steak and potato meal.

  • 1 2 cup fresh continental parsley leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 2 cup fresh coriander leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • pinch dried red chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 1 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 medium chat potatoes thickly sliced
  • 400g green beans trimmed
  • 4 coles beef t bones

The Instruction of t bone with chimichurri sauce

  • combine the parsley coriander garlic oregano chilli vinegar and 2 tablespoons of the oil in small bowl season with salt and pepper
  • cook the potato in a steamer set over a saucepan of simmering water for 10 minutes adding the beans in the last 3 minutes of cooking
  • meanwhile brush the steaks with the remaining oil and season with salt and pepper heat a large chargrill plate or barbecue plate over medium high heat add the steaks and cook for 3 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking set aside for 2 minutes to rest
  • toss the potatoes with half the sauce drizzle remaining sauce over beans and steaks
