- 4 salmon fillets approx 150g each skin on
- salt and pepper to taste
- 250g philadelphia light spreadable cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs eg parsley chives dill
- green salad for serving

- heat the oil in a non stick frying pan season salmon with salt and pepper then place skin side down and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking remove from the pan and rest for 2 minutes
- combine the philly with the garlic and herbs and mix well
- place the salmon onto serving plates with the salad then top each with a dollop of herbed philly serve immediately
