The ingredient of Mushroom Steak Sandwich With Mustard Cream
- 125g 1 2 cup sour cream
- 1 1 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 red onions halved thinly sliced
- 4 about 450g beef schnitzels
- 350g cup mushrooms thinly sliced
- 8 crusty bread slices
- 1 2 garlic clove peeled
- watercress sprigs to serve
- hot chips to serve
The Instruction of mushroom steak sandwich with mustard cream
- combine the sour cream mustard and water in a small bowl taste and season with salt and pepper
- heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat add the onion and cook stirring often for 6 minutes or until soft and golden transfer to a baking tray cover with foil to keep warm
