- 200g smoked salmon
- 200g reduced fat natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt freshly ground pepper

- to make the dressing mix all the dressing ingredients together with 2 teaspoons water until smooth and well combined set aside
- spray the asparagus with the olive oil spray both sides of the bread
- preheat a chargrill pan over a high heat chargrill the bread for about 30 seconds each side or until golden rub the toasted bread lightly with the garlic
- chargrill the asparagus for 1 2 minutes or until bright green and just tender
- divide the toast among serving plates and top with the smoked salmon asparagus and drizzle over the dressing
