The ingredient of Marinated Forequarter Lamb Chops

  • 12 lamb forequarter chops
  • 20ml oil
  • 1 4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups massel beef stock
  • water to moisten

The Instruction of marinated forequarter lamb chops

  • trim excess fat from the chops
  • in a large stove top frying pan or an electric fry pan brown chops in a little oil
  • in a mixing bowl combine sauces and stock pour mixture over the chops and reduce the heat to a fast simmer cover and cook for 1 5 2 hours turn chops occasionally to baste with sauce continue cooking to reduce the sauce to a thick consistency
  • add more water if needed this will keep the chops moist and create a thick sauce for serving
